Lets start with what you will be doing in this one day cake course everything from baking your own cakes and making caramel sauce to making your own Swiss Meringue Buttercream and using easily available decorations to enhance your cakes. There, of course, will be that all important drip.

You will learn how to:

  • Bake a Vanilla cake with Raspberry Coulis filling
  • Make Swiss Meringue Buttercream from scratch
  • Prepare your cakes for decorating
  • Achieve smooth, straight and sharp edges on your cake
  • Create very stylish drips on your cakes
  • Make an upside-down ice cream cone

You will go home with:

  • A cake that you will have decorated yourself
  • New skills in baking
